A Bit About Me and My Story
Since my early days, I was always interested Art, culture, and history but found a disconnect between people and artists. With time and life adventures I released that rather than self-expression via Art or performing arts, I love to find the solution to the problem for people.
In this exploration Journey, I started with Science as a curious mind. Later diverged to Fine Art by taking admission in Sir JJ School of Art in Mumbai in 2009, realized the disconnect with self to find solutions at JJ, But gained a lot of knowledge of how artists use a medium to convey its Idea and Thought.
Left JJ in 2010 in search of Passion to find Solutions to people's problems, took Admission to the National Institute of Fashion Technology - Hyderabad; Finally completed my B.des Bachelors in Design under Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories in 2014 with great experience to create products and findings solutions. But the hunger to know more wasn't fulfilled yet.
Focus to be a PRODUCT Designer, and took admission in National Institute of Design - Ahmedabad in 2015 and completed my Masters in Design under Product Design in 2019.
During this whole journey, I came across various experiences and specialties in Design, which I found intriguing, and chose a field of User Experience to deliver a great product Experience.

June 2018 - Present
Senior User Experience Designer
@ IBM iX, Mumbai
Currently working with IBM iX as Design Lead on Watson MVP Chatbot Project, for a US Client.
Responsibilities included Conducting Research Interviews, planning & conducting Design thinking Sessions with the client, and setting the right direction for the Project.
Also Worked on India's Biggest Public Sector Bank Project for a brief amount of time, Creating Product Experiences for Mobile, Web, Branch Platforms.
Responsibilities include brainstorming, iterating, collaborating with Product Owner + PM + Engineering teams + Testing team.
Created more than 50+ Product journeys for various offerings by the Client.
Apart from the above, I was also involved in Building Design Systems and their Design Language for Products, Took an Active role in creating the Process flow for the Journeys with the Product Owner.
Also, Lead the Banking Project for a brief amount of time.
July 2017 - January 2018
User Experience Design Intern

Joined the Studio to complete my Master's Graduation Project in the Domin of Construction industry.
Apart from GP Project also worked and experience across domains like Healthcare, Fashion, Entertainment, Education, Enterprise Application, Cryptocurrency wallets, Fin-tech, and e-commerce.

User Experience and User Interaction Design Intern

Joined the team to take dive into an E-commerce startup and Business.
Created a complete Product Experience from IA, storyboard, personas, Wireframes till Visual Design and delivered specifications of the Product.
Apart from the Above, also involved in creating Marketing artworks and mailers for the Company.
